Individual Methods for Feeding Methods - Device
Insect Feeder

The feeding methods outlined in this section require prior preparation in terms of making devices for use by the animals, including items that must be opened or manipulated to obtain food, frames to hold food items, and containers that randomly release food such as insects.

Insect Feeder

Method Tub of live insects (Crickets) fed into the enclosure through a pipe. As the insects move along the pipe they fall down into channels that emerge at three points along the enclosure wall.
Species Meerkat.
Purpose Unpredictable feeding device that encourages foraging.
